“ Excellent Thai food place. They make the street food style which is delicious! The owner greeted us very well and told us his wife is the chef and from Thailand. We were excited to try the street food style Thai food. We got several dishes and they were all delicious. They make Kao Mun Kai and honey pork. The fried rice was awesome and tasted like street food in Bangkok. Very impressive. They have 38 puzzles on the wall and you can play with. This is really cool. ”
“ This is the best Thai food in the area - period. It is true, authentic Thai. Our favorites include the massaman curry, green curry, and red curry. Always fresh and delicious. We get take out take out at least a few times per month. If you’re thinking about giving it a try, please do. This restaurant is an absolute gem. If you aren’t familiar with Thai food or not sure about something on the menu, just ask. They are family owned and run, so they don’t have a big staff, but everyone is wonderful and will help guide you and will make any accommodations they can to ensure you have a fantastic meal. Also, I am gluten free (the rest of my family is not) and I have never had any issues with anything I’ve ever ordered gluten free. When you have a food allergy, it’s important to know that you can enjoy your meal without getting sick afterward. One last thing - We also travel pretty frequently and try to find a Thai restaurant wherever we go (we love Thai food), but nothing has ever come close to the delicious meals we enjoy at Daw Kun Thai. Frankly, I don’t know why we really bother trying other Thai restaurants at this point. None have compared. ”

My soup was absolutely great, the kids loved their pad Thai, and my husband really enjoyed his curry. Everything was fresh and the flavors were great. The waitress was very attentive and even helped my husband clean up some broth he spilled. We’ll definitely be back. ”

“ Everything about this restaurant is authentic. It's a family ran, hard working, fresh ingredients for the food. I ate the Salmon fruit salad with jasmine rice.... Omgoodness I was amazed. The smells...the crunch of the veggies the made from scratch sauce for the salmon ... Just made in heaven !!!!! The chefs here only use secret passed down from ancestors the recipes used here for all the food. The service is top of the line. Friendly staff, very helpful during the whole meal. Have so much fun at this restaurant!!! ”

Picked Hot for the spice level, and it was exactly where I wanted it - a great, flavorful heat, but not punishing. Noodles were perfectly cooked, and the meat and veggies were well balanced. Would definitely grab another meal here in the future. ”
